Nigel’s Memories

Nigel lived a short life, however, in that life he lived indeed. He touched others in ways no one could have guessed. He loved his God. He loved his family. He was model Boy Scout. He was a friend.

This site is a collection of pictures and memories of the life of Nigel Chauncey Clarke. I figure that if a picture is worth a thousand words, I should be able to write a couple hundred words for each picture I put up.

For me this is part of the healing process that I need to go through. I must somehow capture my memories of Nigel so I will not be so afraid that they will slip away like he did. I must do something in memory of my son.

If it helps you to read these memories and remember how Nigel touched your life, then I invite you to come back often and read the new thoughts. If it would help you to record your own thoughts here, please feel free to e-mail them to me at altivecer@mac.com and I will do my best to include them all.

If it is too hard for you to read these pages, I suggest you wait a while and listen for the small quiet voice to tell you it is time once again to remember.

Nigel was a special boy who was becoming a remarkable man. Come discover him with me.
